The Oklahoma Society of Association Executives has given its Strategic Partner of the Year award to Cindy Peebles, CAE, on behalf of enSYNC Corporation.

Ohio Society of Association Executives Annual Conference

The award was given at the annual conference of the OSAE on July 12.

Cindy, a 30-year veteran of the association profession, was recognized for her support of OSAE and other associations of Oklahoma.

With Cindy’s leadership, enSYNC performed a strategic assessment for OSAE to help them in aligning their business processes with their strategy, and then to assist them in selecting a new association management system.

And that is what she strives for everyday: To make every non-profit organization stronger, better and more successful. "We take our partnership at enSYNC seriously. That is what each and every person on staff is prepared to do. It's the hallmark of our company."

About Cindy

Cindy grew up in the association industry. She started her career as the second of a two-person staff supporting a 3,500-member users’ group, and in her first three years with the organization, increased education activities threefold. She spent the next 25 years at that same group, serving in numerous key positions, including: director of communications and marketing, director of member services and, ultimately, director of business development. With her help and active involvement, NetVU blossomed into a 17,000-member organization, supported by a staff of 16.

Today, Cindy is enSYNC’s vice president of business development, responsible for meeting with non-profit and association leaders, listening to their challenges, and matching their goals with enSYNC solutions.

“I’ve been in the trenches myself," said Cindy, “so I understand their frustrations, their vision for the future, and how enSYNC can both solve problems and transform that vision into reality.”
